Recently, Zhejiang TUNA Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 603177) has successfully passed the 2025 annual review by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) for CNAS-CL01-G001:2018 "Application Requirements for Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories." The scope of accreditation focuses on the detection of SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) DeNOx catalysts, further solidifying the company's leading international position in the research and development of environmental catalysts and testing services.
The review will concentrate on TUNA's specialized testing capabilities for SCR DeNOx catalysts, specifically assessing six key indicators: DeNOx activity, DeNOx efficiency, SO2/SO3 conversion rate, ammonia slip, pressure drop, and abrasion rate. The review group will evaluate the laboratory's management system and technical proficiency through document review, equipment calibration verification, on-site experiments, and personnel technical assessments, adhering to CNAS-CL01:2018 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and CNAS-CL01-A002:2020 Application of the Criteria for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories in Chemical Testing. This process ensures the laboratory's ongoing compliance with international accreditation standards, thereby validating the global recognition of its testing results.
Since its initial CNAS laboratory accreditation in 2017, TUNA has been dedicated to the research and testing innovation of SCR DeNOx catalysts. The company's laboratory, in addition to being the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Laboratory for Boiler Flue Gas Pollution Control Catalyst Technology, has also spearheaded the formulation of nine national environmental protection standards and two "Made in Zhejiang" group standards, thereby promoting the standardization of the industry. Currently, the company operates production lines for honeycomb, plate, and corrugated plate SCR DeNOx catalysts, with testing capabilities encompassing comprehensive quality control from raw materials to finished products, offering high-precision testing services to a global clientele.
TUNA’s Testing Center adheres to the quality policy of "scientific rigor, fairness, impartiality, safety, and efficiency." Its testing data provides core technical support for DeNOx projects in domestic and foreign industries such as electric power, steel, and chemical engineering. This successful re-evaluation signifies a further strengthening of the company's technical advantages in SCR catalyst performance evaluation, life prediction, and failure analysis, providing reliable assurance for industrial clients to achieve ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions and resource utilization.
TUNA will continue to increase R&D investment in SCR catalyst regeneration technology and novel low-temperature catalysts. Furthermore, we will deepen industry-university-research collaborations with universities and research institutions through the CNAS laboratory platform to promote the iterative upgrading of environmental testing technologies, contributing Chinese solutions to global ecological environment governance.
